The working table precision of permanent magnetic chuck does not change during magnetizing or demagnetizing.
The main featurers of the permanent magnetic chuck:
1.It applies for surface grinder,sparkel machine and linear cutting machine.
2. Pole space is fine, Magnetic force is distributed uniformly. It performs well on thin and tiny work piece machining. The working table precision doesnt change during magnetizing or demagnetizing.
3. The specially treated panel has no leakage, prevents corrosion by cutting liquid, extends disc service life and enables to work long time in cutting liquid.
4. Fine grinding on six faces. Vertical use in linear cutting machine.
5. High performance magnetic steel in disc has strong suction and almost diminishes remnant magnetism.
